Alhaji Mustapha Ibrahim has a Diploma in Insurance (A.B.U), PGDM and M. Sc. Finance (B.U.K). He joined NICON Insurance in 1981 as an Asst. Officer and rose to become the Branch Manager in Kano by 1984. Over the years, he worked at different branches and zones of the company including the head office in various capacities. He however left 
NICON as a Regional General Manager in June 2016.

With the advent of Takaful Insurance in Nigeria Mr. Ibrahim was among the pioneer staff of Noor Takaful Insurance, the first full pledged Takaful Operator in Nigeria, as its Northern Regional General Manager from 2016 to 2019. He has since been a freelance financial adviser and practitioner, especially in the area of Takaful and Insurance to many organizations. He is also a founding partner of Ifing Media, formed with the aim of disseminating information to the general public about everything Islamic Finance. 

Mr. Ibrahim has also attended several Courses, Seminars, Conferences, Retreats, etc., both within and outside Nigeria; conducted by different Training Schools and Consultants. As a strong team player, Mr. Ibrahim has worked on several Management Committees over the years. He has also received Awards and Certificates, including Commendation letters over the years, on excellent performance, both in Management Skills and Productivity.

 
Mr. Ibrahim is happily married with children. His hobbies include Reading, Travelling, Tennis, and Current Affairs.
