He started his Insurance Career with Nigerian French Insurance Company Limited as an Underwriting Superintendent where he rose through the ranks between all the departments to a management position.
He had also worked with Great Nigeria Insurance as Regional Director North where he acquired additional experience in Business Development and Risk Management.

He worked in Fin Insurance and Royal Exchange Insurance as MD/CEO Designate in one of the subsidiaries.
He joined Salam Takaful Insurance in 2018 as the Pioneer Managing Director/CEO to set a pace for strategic growth and development with his enviable track record of achieving exceptional results.

KK studied Economics, master's in business administration from the University of Ibadan and ATBU respectively, also acquired master's in Islamic finance and Banking from BUK. He is an Associate member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Pensions and Fellowship of Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals.

He had also attended Numerous National and International Executive Level Training Programs and Seminars on Insurance, Risk Management, Leadership Management and Islamic Finance and Banking.
